ifind.ae is an online directory of business and service providers for local community and visiters arround the world. You can promote your business, services, property (for sale or rent) and events. You can add your listings (business, services, property and event) free of charge to attract more customers.

2 How can I register my business?

You have to create an account by entering you name, email and password. After creating your profile, you can enlist your business or add your listing by filling up online form at ifind.ae.

3 Do I have to pay to register my business?

Ifind.ae offers free service to all business/service providers.

4 How does ifind.ae works to promote my business?

You can increase the visibility of your business profile on a single point of contact; iFind.ae website and mobile application, making it easily accessible for the customers. In addition, our platform uses the advanced algorithms to increase the visibility of your business.

5 Can I update or change the pictures of my business?

Yes, after logging-in into your account, you have full access to your listings, you can update, change or delete your listings.

6 How can I change the location or update my shop address?

After logging-in into your account, you will see all your listings. Every listing has option to edit individually. In listing edit mode you can update your listing title, contact details and even your address.

7 How to register an event?

You have to create an account by entering you name, email and password. After registering your profile, you can list your event by filling-in an online form provided by ifind.ae.

8 How can I own an already enlisted business?

If you see your business is listed by someone else. Open listing to see details, there is button “Claim This Listing”, click on it and fill out the form to claim it. After reviewing your request by ifind.ae, an email will be sent to you regarding your listing’s ownership decision.

9 Can I grant the ownership of my business to another person?

Ownership can be changed through claiming (read FAQ 7). Open listing to see details, there is button “Claim This Listing”, click on it and fill out the form to claim it. After reviewing your request, an email will be sent to you regarding your listing’s ownership decision.

10 Why do I can not register my account on ifind.ae?

Try using a different browser or write us an email indicating the nature of problem you are encountering by contact us form.

11 Can I sell tickets via ifind.ae?

iFind.ae facilitate to promote your business or event. It doesn’t provide sale services.

12 Does ifind.ae offers a payment gateway?

No, ifind.ae is an online marketing platform and does not offer any payment gateway to its clients.

13 How to register a complaint against a business?

If you have any complaint against any listing e.g., misleading information, reporting an incident etc., you can contact us by filling an online “Contact Us” form. The other way is to leave your comments on the profile of the respective business.

14 Do online shops are permitted to register?

Yes. There is a particular category "ONLINE" to enlist business for those who do not have a physical address.

15 I am a freelancer; can I advertise on ifind.ae?

Yes, you can enlist your business by selecting a particular category "ONLINE".
